Crema Altea

Crema Altea is a limestone native to Spain. The stone type has an earthy and soft natural appearance. Crema Altea characterises has a beige background that is just darker than its relative Crema Marfil. In addition, Crema Altea has a mosaic of irregular patterns ranging in colour from greige to pale greenish tones. This stone type is therefore ideally suited for smaller dining tables and coffee tables.

The Crema Altea variant of our marble dining table has an earthy and natural look. This marble grade is a spectacle of quiet 'Mosaic pattern' on a beige background. Crema Altea is a stone type for people who want something just a little different from the textured plain materials like Crema Marfil and other beige limestones. The black steel base under the marble dining table provides a nice contrast and forms a beautiful whole and is available in 3 variations.

Glossy Polished natural stone and marble brings a natural shine to the surface. This is a common application because it brings out all the characteristics of each type of stone. Think of the color, fossils and veins. Polished natural stone or marble requires regular maintenance and can be polished again after a few years to keep the top looking as good as new.
Matte Honed marble or natural stone gives the top a matte appearance. Honing is the last step of the sanding process and is done with a very fine grain. Honed natural stone has a more matt appearance than polished natural stone and therefore wear and tear is less visible. Honing is the most authentic way of processing and is often applied to hardstone.
